African Development Bank Mission – November 2019 The African Development Fund (ADF) mission comprising Peter Ogwal Ogwang, Principal Health Economist, COUG/RDGE.2 (Task Manager/Team Leader); Godfrey Kaijage, Principal Financial Management Specialist, COTZ/SNFI.1; Sisay Woldetensay, Procurement Officer, COET/SNFI.3; and Emmaculate Mbangwana, intern, COSD , Josephine Ndao, Chief Entrepreneurship & SME Development Officer; carried out a Mid-Term Review and supervision mission of the BCISD Project from 17th to 28nd November 2019. The mission according to its work programme held working meetings with the BCISD Project Implementation Unit (PIU), Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MoFEP), Ministry of Labour and Social Development (MoLSD), Ministry of Health (MoH), International Labour Organisation (ILO) Sudan, National Health Insurance Fund, General Directorate of Women and Family, Commission for Social Security and Poverty Reduction, Zakat Chambers, Continuous Professional Development Directorate (CPDD), Public Health Institute (PHI). The mission also visited the states of North Kordofan and White Nile interacting with the state leaders and technical teams. The mission was started to take overall visits to different health capacities at North Kordfan and White Nile States.
